Mr. Koos Richelle shared his impressions with us on the 2009 European Development Days and underlined the importance of the event in view of the current international context. He also gives us an explanation of the Commission’s instruments role in improving the cooperation between different EU actors in development aid, amidst the economic and environmental crises.
