The School of International Relations and Public Affairs (SIRPA)
The School of International Relations and Public Affairs (SIRPA) at Fudan University, one of China’s flagship research universities, was established in 2000 to promote teaching and research on public and international affairs. It is home to three academic departments - political science, international politics, and public administration. Affiliated to SIRPA is Fudan University’s Institute of International Studies, which houses nine centers and one research unit for area and global studies. Based in Shanghai, a dynamic metropolis, SIRPA aims at reaching globally. Its faculty members work closely with domestic and international students in seventeen degree programs to prepare them to better serve the world.
