Dear All,
Good day!
I would like to raise another aspect related to shrinking soil organic carbon vis-a-vis poor soil fertility. Carbon sequestration is one way to counter this. The principal way of carbon storage in soil is through formation of soil organic matter. Soil organic matter is a complex mixture of carbon compounds consisting of decomposed plant and animal tissues, microbial biomass and carbon associated with soil minerals. Among all these soil organic carbon (SOC) is most important one. The soil organic carbon can remain stored in soil for infinite period or may quickly released back to the atmosphere depending on various conditions. Soil organic carbon acquires a steady state at its potential value, where CO2 loss and SOC sequestration is at the equilibrium.
Carbon sequestration need to be devised in such a manner so that soil acts as a sink for CO2 and the emissions of environment damaging gases can be reduced. Moreover, functional pools of carbon are also important parameters to consider for evaluation of carbon sequestration.

To dears Heads of International organizations .
This morning I hear in central television that the Vietnam Ministry of Industrial and Trade ( MOIT ) submits to Pri-minister Nguyen Tan Dung the proposal remove 38 projects for hydro electricity stations .
It mind much forest will be rescured .
Forest protection is global problem in fighting climate change and part of " green economy "
We call the knowwledge support from International agencies for this MOIT -Vietnam proposal .

Other problem is : protection of land for rice .
Many infrastructure projects have plan to use land for rice .
Vietnam goverment is carry the review of all projects and do not allow to use land for rice to build Sport station.
This idea should be support by International agencies .
Peasants in our country are low educated, they can't protect them self without support .

To answer the question: " first priority is growth or stable development " I choose the stable development .
To day I am very happy to inform to you that " In central television, I hear the new that Ministry of Industrial and Trade ( MOIT ) send the submit to Pri-minister about Hydro-station development .MOIT request remove 38 projects to build hydro- electricity stations .This is very good new .
Much forest will be rescured .
We can have energy from petrol , from bio- energy ,win and solar .
Danang city is the first city send complaint to Pri-minister Nguyen Tan Dung .They stand in position that Quang nam province has to give back water to Vu Gia river as previous situation. This hydro-electricity station badly impact to the life of about 2 millions persons .

Dear participants in FORUM
I registrate to receive the information from ADB and WB ,because for Ideas for development read more , know more are necessary .
I see so much talk in ADB in WB about climate change , and list of projects are approved .This is very good .
Now we worry about water scarity, pollution of air, fire in forests ( mostly created by people in community ) We worry abour land for rice became smaller and smaller. The investors take land for rice for other projects .
The net hydro stations change the water flow In Mekong river and other rivers in Vietnam .It badly impact to life of people some countries Lao ,Thailand , Campuchia and Vietnam .
Now the needs for region agreement about river, forest ,air and sea are raising : agreement with very detail guide .
Climate change should be urgent problem for people in community levels .They have to inform about : what happen to them.Other way we can do big mistake.
Rice and coffee and rubber don't have enough water this year - This I hear in television this morning
Climate change covers all side of life .

To day I pass this article to 8 students ,they study Environment problems In Quy Nhon University .They have 1 year in Hanoi to complete 4 year of University
I send directly from Forum to their adress .
It comfotable for me to help students asess the real life , the global requirement .
Those students come to hour home on sunday .I teach them how to growth the plant in the water in VASE .This VASE with plant will be put near computer in the office , in the Dormitory
This VASE with plants will be put in the hot place in the house , in the room .it help us use less electricity for Air coordination .
To day I learn one more way to use this FORUM for education renovation .
In Vietnam now is on going the renovation for high education .New ideas , new activites should be inform to Professsor,to students is good way of renovation .

Recently time I read many news about ADB ,WB and other government will funds for South Asia and Vietnam over came chalenges of climate change National projects and Regional projects . Special attention is paying to new energy solar energy, wind energy.
The fund will going to forest development .
Yeasterday I translated in to Vietnamese the speech of Mr Robert B .Zoellick , President of World Bank group at the 1 st Asia Ministerial Conference on Tiger Conservation ( date 27/1/2010 in Thailand )
He said " Tiger may be only one species, but the tiger's plight highlights the biodiversity crisis in Asia"
A paradigm change in development is slowly emerging from Copenhagen REDD and REDD+ financing that value forests and animals that live within them , are very promising avenues for support .

Now in Vietnam we are waiting the Lunar New Year " Tiger's Year ".New year starts day 14 February 2010
The Buffalo will give Tiger manage Year 2010

We wish Tiger will be rescure with support for Global climate change .

Pour réagir à ce que dit Che Thuy Nhu, j'ai un ami qui fait des études de climatologie qui m'a dit que la hausse du niveau de la mer se ferait de façon inégale et que, même, sur certaines parties du globe la mer baisserait au lieu de monter. Espérons que ça soit le cas pour le Vietnam car une perte de 35% des terres cultivées est plus qu'énorme...

2 days ago I read the new about VIDEO conference about climate change : Mr Ban Ki Moon talk with other leaders in the world .In Vietnam Pri -minister Nguyen Tan Dung and Minister of Ministry Natural Resouce and Environment Pham Khoi Nguyen attend in Government cabinet .They said that Vietnam will be hard impact by climate change .If the sea water will increasing 75 cm , Vietnam will lost 35%land for planting rice in North ( Hong Delta ) and South Cuulong Delta. It dangeous for more 84 millions Vietnamese and hundres millions people in the world, because we export rice .
They said Vietnam don' t have so much gas and emmission .
I don't agree : Vietnam can check all process , apply the energy economy methods in all sectors, even in the government's office .The way peasant clean land before new harvet by burn the old rice plant in the land have to STOP. After rice for export ,huge tones rice cover need to be use as resouces of material for construction or producing new energy. ...
SUN and WIN are 2 factors can help use create new energy without CO2
