La Escuela de Relaciones Internacionales y Asuntos Públicos (SIRPA) de la Universidad Fudan, una de los mejores universidades de China en el campo de la investigación, fue creado en 2000 para promover la enseñanza y la investigación en el campo de los relaciones internationales y de los asuntos publicos. Hospeda tres departamentos académicos - la ciencia política, la política internacional, y la administración pública. El Instituto de Estudios Internacionales de la Universidad Fudan es afiliado con SIRPA. Alberga nueve centros y una unidad de investigación. Implantado en Shanghai, una metrópoli dinámica, SIRPA pretende alcanzar a nivel mundial. Sus miembros de la facultad trabajan en estrecha colaboración con estudiantes nacionales e internacionales en diecisiete programas.
